At Advanced Additive, we are a dynamic team of visionary founders from Rosenheim, Germany:
Florian Aigner (M.Sc.) and Julia Paternoster (B.A.). Together, we bring diverse specialties in additive manufacturing, software development, marketing, communications and sales.
Florian Aigner | Founder & CEO
Florian Aigner, the CEO of Advanced Additive and an expert in additive manufacturing, takes on the role of project leader. Florian’s passion for innovation and profound knowledge in additive manufacturing are vital to our vision. He is driven by problem solving and is willing to adapt to every challenge that crosses his way on the solving journey.

Julia Paternoster | CO-Founder & CMO
Julia Paternoster, with her experience in communication and marketing, acquired during previous projects and her Bachelor’s degree in interior design, is responsible for these specific areas within the Advanced Additive team. With her creative vision and eye for design, she seamlessly combines aesthetics and functionality.

Our History
The project initially received funding from the Center for Research, Development, and Transfer at Technical University of Rosenheim. This was followed by partnerships with leading companies and support from the ROCkET start-up center. We have been supported by the EXIST start-up grant and by the FLÜGGE start-up grant.
Officially founded since march 2025.
